We’re sending out 7500 of these flyers. The Red Cross said they’d handle the press releases to all the media. I’ll alert them as well.

Looks like the plan is:

Meet here 9 – 12 Feb 13

Sign up table with 20 bikes at 15 minute intervals

People ride over in small groups, give their money, get a raffle ticket

If they return to Barnett H-D, they get two slices of pizza by showing the raffle ticket

At 2 pm we call out prizes, must be present to win (otherwise, we have to write all the names down at the Red Cross which is a hassle)

We hope the media shows up to film bikes arriving at Red Cross, and probably a shot of everyone in the parking lot preparing to go.

Once we see the number signed up we can divide by 4 and have pizzas delivered for around 1 pm.

The Red Cross will have their own people at tables accepting donations and giving out tickets, we’ll need a few people with sign up sheets here at Barnett H-D from 9 – 12.

Easy enough.
